Nico
Exercise physiology has given me a way to turn my passion for exercise into a career. Promoting the benefits of exercise and applying what I’ve learnt to help others realise their potential is why I choose this path. Everyone has different needs and goals, and through exercise physiology we can create an exercise program that achieves those needs and goals through a way that is simple to understand, educational, and most of all enjoyable.
